CA. Navin Kriplani, is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has more than 12 years of experience in the areas of Business Reviews & Analysis, Tax Planning, Settlement Negotiations, Corporate Compliance, Project Management, Government Relationship Management and Government Subsidies under Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation and District Industries Centre, NABARD etc.
He is proficient in corporate reorganizations, debt/equity finance tax issues and Dispute Resolutions.
He is registered as an Insolvency Professional under the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professional of ICAI (IIIPI). He is a Certified Business Valuer (ICAI). He has completed Diploma in Insurance & Risk Management and also Study Course on Audit of Co-operative Banks and Society. He Has cleared CA-Final in May 2006 under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Also he has completed his graduation in Commerce from Amravati University in Year 2003.
He is detail oriented and resourceful individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with an excellent understanding of complex tax issues.
His experience in different fields has been a driving force to the organization. His ability of thinking out of box and coming up with unique ideas and turning those ideas into reality makes him different from others.
